Our Services
New England Interventions provides a full range of services related to intervention and recovery from alcohol and substance abuse. The list below introduces our primary services. For questions about additional or related services not listed here, please contact us at 877-604-3575.
Interventions
Intervention specialists can discuss how to safely and effectively create and carry out a plan for intervention involving a family member, friend or colleague who is abusing alcohol or drugs. Careful coordination of an intervention, with attention to all pertinent details, can increase the chance of getting an individual to recognize and appropriately respond to a need for treatment.
Substance Abuse Counseling
Substance abuse counseling, in a private or group session, can help an individual battling dependency learn about how the pattern of substance abuse may have started and develop goals for treatment and long-term healthy living choices.
Sober Transportation
Sober transportation allows an individual being treated for alcohol or substance abuse to safely travel to and from necessary locations in the company of a designated driver. Locations may include the offices of legal counsel, medical offices, workplaces and homes of family members.
Referrals
In some cases, a referral to a specific type of health care provider or facility may be necessary. Our staff can discuss referral on a case-by-case basis or help you find additional resources related to the treatment and recovery of a friend, family member or colleague.
Case Management
New England Interventions can coordinate multiple efforts regarding intervention, treatment and recovery. This collaborative process may involve assessment, treatment options, counseling, post-treatment recovery and change in residence.
Support Resource
Family members, friends and colleagues of the dependent individual can turn to New England Interventions to find education and support resources and learn how to develop the strategies and skills necessary to assist the dependent person on his or her journey to recovery.
Advocacy
New England Interventions is dedicated to improving the lives of people with substance abuse and mental health disorders, especially in regards to potential physical or cognitive limitations that may act as barriers to recovery.
